The main raw ingredient component of muesli, which accounts for 80% of muesli mixes, is cereals, which serve as a source of dietary fiber.

The muesli bar line, which includes dosing, product mixing (mixers), cylinder group and chiller (cooling tunnels), and product cutting group, can be expanded with chocolate coating and packaging equipment according to your demand, and full automation can be achieved.

Keskin Makine muesli bar production line starts from the kitchen group and dosing section. Here, in boilers with a capacity of 300 liters, the first mixing of raw ingredients is made according to the product recipe thanks to the mixer that can make 35 revolutions per minute and the motor running at 1000 revolutions. Then, in the product mixing stage, the muesli mixture is fed into the U-mixer, whose mixer arms can rotate at different speeds. Feeding speed is 3 meters/minute. It has an automatic stop feature with a sensor when the hopper is full.
This U-mixer, which provides great convenience to production personnel, is the first choice for the production of bar mixes, muesli bars, protein bars, and energy bars due to its advanced technology, easy operation and maintenance, reliability, and flexibility in use. The tilting feature makes it easy to remove the product. The oil wall retains heat for a long time and a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Keskin Makine can manufacture machines in special sizes so that you can produce in machines of the size and capacity that will perfectly meet your needs according to your production area, production capacity, and type.

There are 3 cooled cylinders in the Keskin Machine cylinder and chiller groups. It consists of a feeding hopper, a spreading roller, and two calibration rollers. The cylinders are coated with food-grade PTFE, preventing any sticking and product loss. Since the production band is also in a special polyurethane structure, the product adhesion issue is not encountered at any point.

The product, which is laid on the production line at a certain thickness in the roller group, is then reduced to the desired thickness by passing through two more rollers. Thanks to these two rollers, the thickness is calibrated so that each product is produced with equal thickness. The special reducers available in the roller group and belt group enable the product to be formed in the desired thickness. All rollers are height adjustable, and you can adjust the product thickness from 3 mm to 30 mm. The touch screen facilitates easy modification of the desired roller and belt movements.

Keskin Makine cooling tunnel operates in the desired temperature range from -10oC to +15oС, allowing the product to be cooled to ambient temperature. Automatic belt alignment and centering is available. It is manufactured in 42 cm band width and 6m length. We manufacture in different capacities according to your demands. The tunnel, which cools with cold and dry air circulation, has high insulation capability.

The dimensions of muesli bars may vary according to the manufacturer’s needs. In the cutting group, the knives are designed to cut it. Here, the product is first cut with PTFE-coated round knives and in the second stage with a guillotine system. The cutting group is designed for a clear and fast cut without damaging the product. It cuts on the flowing belt without stopping and starting up, owing to its oscillating mechanism.

The Keskin Makine cutting group allows you to obtain products with widths ranging from 15mm to 150mm and lengths ranging from 50mm to 300mm. In this wide range, it is possible to produce muesli bars in any width and size you want and expand the product range.  When the muesli bars come out of the Keskin Makine muesli bar production line, your products are cut in the desired thickness, length, width, and weight and are ready for packaging. If you wish, packaging equipment can also be included in the production line.
