The chocolate crushing machine is designed to be used in pebble chocolate production. You can obtain pebbles in 3 different sizes with vibrating sieves. 15-25% of the pebbles are 10 mm in pieces, 40-50% are 10-14 mm in size and 10-25% are 14 mm and smaller.
The chocolate melting tank allows you to melt chocolate in solid form and stock it in a fluid and homogeneous structure. With a chocolate melting tank with agitator speed adjustment, allowing for continuous or stop/start mixing, you can automate the process and increase productivity.
The boiler can melt chocolate with both its mixer and its heating system until it reaches the desired consistency. The boiler heated by the water wall provides a mixing temperature between 30 C and 50 C. It is used for melting chocolate flakes or couverture, keeping it in fluid form, homogeneous structure, and at constant temperature. It can also be used as a chocolate stock tank in your production.
